Material for running selection, OTC and in-game showcases, plus the member roster and attendance.
The instructor password — not the member one — or your own roster account if an administrator has given you cadre or recruiter access. Or head back to the main site.
Two pages. Training Material: instructor references for running selection, RRC OTC, specialty courses and in-game showcases — check the handling rules before sharing anything with trainees. Member Details: the member roster, attendance, service records and candidates.
You are signed in as a recruiter, so this portal shows you Recruiting: the candidates on the master roster’s Recruiter tab, and adding, updating and passing them.
Share block objectives and drill descriptions with trainees. Do not share rubric scores or instructor notes — the goal is to develop operators, not coach them to game the rubric.
Treat all candidate scores as confidential until the AAR phase. Selection results are briefed by cadre, not passed around informally.
Run each showcase demonstration yourself before asking students to attempt the drill independently. Students should never see a standard for the first time while being graded against it.
These open the shared Drive folders, so you always get the current version of everything inside rather than a link that goes stale. You'll need a Google account with access — ask Company HQ if a folder won't open for you.
Instructor-facing material — rubrics, scoring, and everything covered by the handling rules above. Not for trainee distribution.
Open folder in Drive →What candidates work through during selection and the Officer Training Course.
Open folder in Drive →Course material for the specialist schools.
Open folder in Drive →Everything issued to trainees through OTC.
Open folder in Drive →Three days, two hours each. All three are required; a trainee who misses a day joins the next class for that day only, then rejoins for the FTX.
Copied from RRC OTC, Version 3.0, sections 2 to 5. Version 3.0 replaced the six-block pipeline — if you are looking at anything describing six blocks across eight to eleven sessions, it is out of date. This is a convenience copy and does not update itself when the document changes — the document is what counts.
| Day | Content | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Operator fundamentals — kit, movement, casualty care, navigation, comms | 120 min |
| 2 | Reconnaissance skills — concealment, covert movement, OPs, close target recon | 120 min |
| 3 | Field Training Exercise — full mission integration | 120 min |
| — | Total | 6 hours |
| — | Admin, course brief, expectations | 10 |
| 3.1 | Loadout and equipment standards | 20 |
| 3.2 | Movement, stances and noise discipline | 20 |
| 3.3 | Basic casualty care | 25 |
| 3.4 | Map, compass and grid reporting | 25 |
| 3.5 | Radio procedure and reporting | 20 |
| — | Day 1 recap and questions | 5 |

| 4.2 | Covert movement and immediate action drills | 25 |
| 4.3 | Observation post construction and occupation | 35 |
| 4.4 | Close target reconnaissance | 30 |
4.3 and 4.4 are the blocks that matter most and they sit where overrun lands. If Day 2 runs long, cut the recap and shorten 4.1 — not the OP block.

| 3 | After action review | 20 |
The only assessed event in the course. Do not assess during Days 1 and 2 — correct on the spot and move on. A team that executes cleanly and returns with nothing has failed; a team that takes contact, breaks it, and still delivers the answer has passed.
What a graduate becomes eligible for, and what they need first.

Who can sign in on the Events page and mark themselves available. Accounts are keyed to Discord names, so the sign-ups line up with the people in your server. You create the accounts — nobody signs themselves up. PINs are stored hashed, so a forgotten one is reset, never looked up.
Nickname is the in-game name, and the only one other members ever see on the Events page. Discord name is the account itself — it is what they sign in with, what their PIN is tied to, and what every RSVP is filed under, so enter it exactly as it appears in the server and treat it as fixed. Discord user ID (optional) is the long number Discord uses for the member, so an event reminder can ping them — in Discord turn on Settings > Advanced > Developer Mode, then right-click the member > Copy User ID. Without one they are named in the reminder instead of pinged. DOWID and the Discord name stay on this page; neither leaves the Cadre and Admin Portals. Give them their Discord name and PIN yourself — the site never shows a PIN again after this. Deactivating keeps their attendance record and closes the portals to them, and is what cadre have. Removing deletes the account and its attendance with it, cannot be undone, and is an Admin Portal action only. Ten wrong PINs in a row lock an account; it shows as Locked here, and the Admin Portal unlocks it.
Type is one or the other: a Member of the unit, or a Candidate / OTC student still going through recruiting. Both sign in to the Member Portal. Passing a candidate in Recruiting makes them a member on its own. Cadre and Recruiter go on top of either, and only the Admin Portal gives them out. A recruiter opens the Cadre Portal’s Recruiting section with their own PIN, and nothing else in it.
Cadre access lets a member open the Cadre Portal with their own Discord name and PIN instead of the shared instructor password — which means it can be taken back from one person without changing anything for anyone else. Only this portal can tick it. Instructors can see who has it, because knowing that is part of running the roster, but the Apps Script refuses the change from anywhere but here. It never opens the Admin Portal; that stays a password.

Counted across events that have already run and had availability switched on, and only from the day each account was created — nobody is marked absent for an operation that happened before they joined. “No answer” means they never clicked anything, which is not the same as declining. Present and No-show are what cadre marked after the event, in its AAR on the Events page — separate from what the member answered, so someone who never answered but turned up counts under both. Showed up is present out of the events where they were marked.

Straight from the SRB tab of the RRC [MASTER] Roster. A change here is written to that sheet at once, and a change made on the sheet shows here on Reload. The sheet stays the record: if this site ever went away, it would still be whole. Time in service and time in grade count from their dates, the same way the sheet’s own formulas do.

Rank: a new rank restarts time in grade from today, unless you set a TIG date yourself in the same edit. Status — Enlisted, Reserves, Discharged, Blacklisted — is changed from the Admin Portal only. The Discord name is what ties a record to a website account, so it is changed on the sheet, not here. New people join the SRB through Recruiting below, on the next numbered DOWID.
The Recruiter tab of the master roster: everyone in recruiting who is not on a platoon yet. Adding a candidate here puts them on that tab and on the SRB on the next numbered DOWID, the same as doing it by hand. Applications stay in the Discord — nobody can sign themselves up on the site.

Website PIN gives them a candidate account straight away, to sign in to the Member Portal and the Events page. Leave it blank and use Account on their row later. Hand them their Discord name and PIN yourself — the PIN is not shown again.
Passed takes them off this tab and onto the roster: the rank they join at goes on the SRB (time in grade from today), their website account becomes a member, and if you pick a billet their name goes into that empty slot on TFR-C. Only empty slots are offered. Remove is for someone who did not make it: off this tab, marked Discharged on the SRB with your reason in its note, and their website account switched off.
